    1 – Support hours are 9am-5pm in the following time zones that is closest to the customer’s time zone: Pacific (UTC-8), Mountain (UTC-7), Central (UTC-6), Eastern (UTC-5), Western Europe (UTC+0), Central European (UTC+1), Eastern European (UTC+2), India (UTC+5.5), South Africa (UTC+2), Singapore, Australia Western Standard Time (UTC+8).

    3 - Basic support is inclusive of Acumatica licensing for customers who purchased subscription after 2021 and onwards. Basic and Premier support plans provided by Acumatica direct support team. InfoSourcing team supports 1 plan with limited no of tickets and other benefits as listed above. EXCLUSIONS Support plans do not include Training/Consulting Services or Implementation Services.

    Support to be used only for Product or plugin help for active supported versions, below exclusions apply.

    • 01 Consulting

      Our Consulting team of experts will be utilized in discovering your business pain points and support can't be used for consulting hours, schedule a time with our ERP sales/pre-sales experts.

    • Implementation, we only cover product suport or plugin support, and any new modules added or new feature to be implemented, support will not address these newly added modules/features. Please reach out to Sales team to get your implementation hours.

    • New module add-on, Or new employee hired Or new version upgraded? Let us put together training hours to train your team. Support hours will not be utilized towards training, however you can self-train and we have additional tools to faciliate.
